Fortunately, the next advancement in chatbot technology that can solve this problem is gaining steam -- AI-powered chatbots. By leveraging machine learning and natural language processing, AI-powered chatbots can understand the intent behind your customers’ requests, account for each customer’s entire conversation history when it interacts with them, and respond to their questions in a natural, human way.
In this CleanBot Review, we’ll look at how this vacuum can make YOUR life easier. Imagine being able to let the little guy just run around your floor doing all the work FOR you. What else could you spend your time and energy doing instead of cleaning the floors? The possibilities are truly endless. And imagine how cute it will look to have a little robot vacuum doing your work for you. We imagine this extremely lightweight robot vacuum will also hardly make a sound. Which is great compared to noisy traditional vacuums! It may even provide some pleasant white noise in the background. Either way, it’s an exciting new product that can make cleaning fun (or at least more relaxing). See below for more details. If you plan on using ChatBot, it'll take a while to get it near perfection. I would recommend creating a list of events or potential encounters and map it out on your website to try to predict how to fix it. Plan this out on paper and use each scenario, it'll take hours but it'll build value and make it seem like the client is talking to a real person. After that, use the chat logs where a client runs into an issue with the chat to learn what can happen and fix that scenario.
Customer support tools, such as live chat, help desk, or contact center solutions, may already have chatbots implemented as a first line of defense when dealing with customers. However, they are becoming more widely used in other applications, such as sales and marketing knowledge bases. Users may even use them instead of a query language to find certain data points in business intelligence tools; by simply typing or speaking a request to a business intelligence platform, a chatbot can provide the proper data. Chatbot capabilities are constantly expanding and becoming more frequently implemented in other types of software.

I like that Botengine platform is easy to use, thereby making it easy to create our chat bot in a matter of minutes, and with as much minimal support as possible from the software development team. Botengine is so simple to use, that it was created and deployed by myself and team members at the marketing team, despite not coming from a technical background.
Typically, customer service chatbots answer questions based on key words. The most basic systems are actually document retrieval systems. Sometimes this is frustrating. Think of the times you may have asked Siri or Alexa a question and received the wrong answer. The computer recognizes key words but may not recognize the context in which they are being used. In other words, the computer doesn’t recognize the way people naturally speak. This causes the customer great frustration. However, these systems (including Siri and Alexa) have come a long way and continue to improve.
Pros: Botengine was easy to integrate with our existing Livechat helpdesk program . I am impressed with the ease at which Botengine is able to respond to the most popular of simple questions we get from our customers like; the address of the company , what we do , our subscription rates etc While these questions may appear to be straight forward , they are the most asked question which our customers throw at us . With the coming of Botengine ,we no longer need to bother ourselves with these sort of questions ; Botengine responds to them ,while we await the tough ,complex queries.
Cons: Botengine has reduced the workload on the helpdesk department . However ,I fear we may come one day have an advanced Botengine ,years down the line ; which is able to respond to the current complex queries we respond to and thus when that day comes , why would my employer keep me at the job ,when a Bot can do a better job ,without ever getting tired?
