Chatfuel helps you make a Facebook chatbot without coding. You can use the editing tools to design chatbots. And you can set up conversational rules in the dashboard. The bot will use NLP to understand and recognize phrases, and will send users predefined answers. You can build a chatbot to serve as a customer service advisor, an event assistant, or a personal avatar. Chatfuel’s analytics technology provides insights about the performance of the bot.
Botengine does a awesome job ,there is no limit to the number of chat our Botengine chatbot can respond to at the same time. Botengine assists our customer care team in responding to regular questions which our customers usually ask ; questions whose answer already lies on one section of the website or another. Therefore on most occasions ,Botengine simply refers our web visitors to sections of the website ,where the answer to their question lies.
Overall: We are now able to leave our Chat on 24/7, when previously we had limited hours (due to staffing) for the Chat. It is still very much a work in progress to ensure the ChatBot has routed to the correct conversations and can sometimes be frustrating to try and figure out why the ChatBot went to a certain scenario over another. The help topics the company provides can point you in the right direction but they are written at a level above the capabilities of a brand new user to bots in my opinion. Determining whether or not no conversation with a client vs a below average conversation with a client (at times) is worth it, will determine whether we continue to renew our monthly subscription.
When BotEngine was released, I was an instant customer. I built and deployed bots on at least four other platforms while waiting for BotEngine and every one of those platforms was problematic. Either they weren't reliable and would malfunction without warning, or they were free and then not free and then kind of free and then not, etc, so i would gladly recommend.
Pros: The personal interaction with the team is probably the biggest draw for me. ActiveChat is one of the new players in the bot field, but they're clearly listening and responding to their early adopters via e-mail, the official Facebook Group and probably other channels as well. I am confident they will execute everything on their roadmap within a reasonable time frame, allowing us to create every type of bot we can imagine.
Amazon Lex is a service for building conversational interfaces into any application using voice and text. Amazon Lex provides the advanced deep learning functionalities of automatic speech recognition (ASR) for converting speech to text, and natural language understanding (NLU) to recognize the intent of the text, to enable you to build applications with highly engaging user experiences and lifelike conversational interactions. With Amazon Lex, the same deep learning technologies that power Amazon Alexa are now available to any developer, enabling you to quickly and easily build sophisticated, natural language, conversational bots (“chatbots”). Speech recognition and natural language understanding are some of the most challenging problems to solve in computer science, requiring sophisticated deep learning algorithms to be trained on massive amounts of data and infrastructure. Amazon Lex democratizes these deep learning technologies by putting the power of Amazon Alexa within reach of all developers. Harnessing these technologies, Amazon Lex enables you to define entirely new categories of products made possible through conversational interfaces. As a fully managed service, Amazon Lex scales automatically, so you don’t need to worry about managing infrastructure. With Amazon Lex, you pay only for what you use. There are no upfront commitments or minimum fees.
Existor is the algorithm used to developed Cleverbot, as well as EvieBot, BoiBot, PewDieBot, and ChimBot. It offers a wide-range of bot and AI-related products alongside bot development, such as apps and mobiles games, the Clever data set, and Cleverscript for scripted conversations. The underlying technology in Cleverbots not only processes verbal and textual interactions, but also the timing and degree of the avatars' facial expressions and movements to create a more authentic conversation experience.
Cons: Initial onboarding is wonky and can use UX upgrades. It was difficult understanding how to get started until I watched several videos. I also had issues using this platform on Firefox to connect Facebook messenger. Currently, the workaround is to use Chrome to connect messenger and then you can continue working on Firefox. I don't like having to use a different browser to obtain functionality. The team promised this was a bug that will be ivnestigated
For at least the foreseeable future, chatbots won’t be replacing humans in contact center jobs. At this point, chatbots will only replace some of the tasks that people are now handling – especially lower-level requests, questions and complaints. The best chatbot systems can recognize customer frustration and switch the interaction to a human in the company’s support center. That said, chatbots are on their way to mainstream acceptance. Here are four ways AI and chatbots are creating a major impact in the customer service and CX world:
Chatfuel is an artificial intelligence bot platform. Chatfuel understands and answers user requests in the right way increasing customer experience. Chatfuel main focus is making it easy for everyone to use chatbots on Facebook messenger. Our chatbots are made to strengthen the connection between you and your audience. Your audience can be readers, customers or fans. Chatfuel chatbots require no programming therefore enabling users add or edit content on the platform. Chatfuel starts to work when a user sets up conversational rules in their dashboards. The user’s bot then recognizes similar phrases from the user’s conversation then the bot understand…

Fortunately, the next advancement in chatbot technology that can solve this problem is gaining steam — AI-powered chatbots. By leveraging machine learning and natural language processing, AI-powered chatbots can understand the intent behind your customers’ requests, account for each customer’s entire conversation history when it interacts with them, and respond to their questions in a natural, human way.
Developed by one of the leaders in the AI space, IBM, Watson Assistant is one of the most advanced AI-powered chatbots on the market. Pre-trained with content from your specific industry, Watson Assistant can understand your historical chat or call logs, search for an answer in your knowledge base, ask customers for more clarity, direct them to human representatives, and even give you training recommendations to hone its conversational abilities.
Chatterbot Platform or Chatbot Software are computer program which are designed to simulate an intelligent conversation with one or more human users via auditory or textual methods, for engaging in conversation. Chatterbot are text based conversation agent which can interact with human users through some medium, such as an instant message service. The primary aim of such simulation has been to fool the user into thinking that the program's output has been produced by a human. Programs doing this are referred to as Artificial Conversational Entities, talk bots, chatterboxes, chatter robot, chatterbot, chatbot, or chat bot. Some of the chatterbots use natural language processing systems, and some others scan for keywords within the input and respond with a reply with the most matching keywords, or similar wording pattern, from a textual database. Chatterbots are often integrated into dialog systems for various practical applications such as offline help, personalised service, or information acquisition.
