Actionable Science is a technology startup using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to deliver conversational helpdesk services. The company's Virtual People/digital agents use advanced NLP and machine intelligence to enable customers to have natural dialogues over messaging. The digital agents come ready to be implemented and are pre-trained with basic, entry-level skills for their functional roles. They can do everything you expect from an optimized service desk, including tracking tickets and seamlessly partnering with your human teams.
Customer support tools, such as live chat, help desk, or contact center solutions, may already have chatbots implemented as a first line of defense when dealing with customers. However, they are becoming more widely used in other applications, such as sales and marketing knowledge bases. Users may even use them instead of a query language to find certain data points in business intelligence tools; by simply typing or speaking a request to a business intelligence platform, a chatbot can provide the proper data. Chatbot capabilities are constantly expanding and becoming more frequently implemented in other types of software.
Based on my responses, Wysa built me a “toolkit” with a variety of exercises “for better focus if I’m overwhelmed, to manage conflict, and to relax.” Some of these exercises are based around the practice of mindful meditation, which is an Eastern-influenced and evidence-based approach to managing a variety of psychological issues, especially stress and anxiety. I was also excited to see some yoga poses in my toolkit!
But even though most chatbots can handle moderately sophisticated conversations, like welcome conversations and product discovery interactions, the if/then logic that powers their conversational capabilities can be limiting. For instance, if a customer asks a unique yet pressing question that you didn’t account for when designing your chatbot’s logic, there’s no way it can answer their question, which hangs your customer out to dry and ultimately leaves them dissatisfied with your customer service.
Botengine is fast and is able to respond to tens of customer chat at the same time ; which is something you don’t get with human agents. It is very easy to setup and requires basically no technical knowledge to create a chatbot on the Botengine website. The level of customer support we got from the Livechat team during and after setting up our chatbot was friendly ,prompt and continuous and I assume if we ever encounter problems with our chatbot in future ,they will be more than ready to step in and offer us assistance.
Pros: The personal interaction with the team is probably the biggest draw for me. ActiveChat is one of the new players in the bot field, but they're clearly listening and responding to their early adopters via e-mail, the official Facebook Group and probably other channels as well. I am confident they will execute everything on their roadmap within a reasonable time frame, allowing us to create every type of bot we can imagine.
