Based on my responses, Wysa built me a “toolkit” with a variety of exercises “for better focus if I’m overwhelmed, to manage conflict, and to relax.” Some of these exercises are based around the practice of mindful meditation, which is an Eastern-influenced and evidence-based approach to managing a variety of psychological issues, especially stress and anxiety.
