Pros: I like the quickness with which I am able to create a chatbot on Botengine. I also think that Botengine is well priced and affordable for small teams like ours. Most important ,is the fact that the chatbot we created on Botengine ,has been reliable and met our expectation by reducing the amount of customer query our customer care department agents have to respond to each day.

Overall: We are now able to leave our Chat on 24/7, when previously we had limited hours (due to staffing) for the Chat. It is still very much a work in progress to ensure the ChatBot has routed to the correct conversations and can sometimes be frustrating to try and figure out why the ChatBot went to a certain scenario over another. The help topics the company provides can point you in the right direction but they are written at a level above the capabilities of a brand new user to bots in my opinion. Determining whether or not no conversation with a client vs a below average conversation with a client (at times) is worth it, will determine whether we continue to renew our monthly subscription.

I’m just starting to get into the sneaker game and I purchased this bot. I thought I was making a wise decision. This shoe has gotten me NO pairs of shoes. The bot is having difficulties for sure, today while I was going for the new adidas zx4000 I had 50 tasks going. Only a couple tasks made it through and I had like 3 saying, waiting for captcha solver. I was sitting there solving captchas for at least 15 minutes and none of my tasks got through. To make things worse the admins on the discord are never present and if u have a question expect to wait at least 3 hours for a reply. It just seems like they don’t really care about their customers. Also the bot is just buggy, every release Something goes wrong. Also they claim to have good proxy testers, little do u know until u actually buy the bot, that the bot cannot even test residential proxies AT ALL! Every time you try to test out residential proxies the bot claims none of them are working. Tbh if I could go back in time and take back my purchase for $300, I would do it in a heartbeat.
