Based on my responses, Wysa built me a “toolkit” with a variety of exercises “for better focus if I’m overwhelmed, to manage conflict, and to relax.” Some of these exercises are based around the practice of mindful meditation, which is an Eastern-influenced and evidence-based approach to managing a variety of psychological issues, especially stress and anxiety. I was also excited to see some yoga poses in my toolkit!

Non-technical tools: these are tools that anyone can use to quickly build a chatbot. These can be used to create simple chatbots or prototypes to quickly learn whether chatbots are a good fit for your application. You will likely not be able to handle complex integrations with your website, and your bot will not behave intelligently. Nevertheless, these tools are very useful even for those that are able to code. An example of a popular tool in this category is Chatfuel
Cons: Initial onboarding is wonky and can use UX upgrades. It was difficult understanding how to get started until I watched several videos. I also had issues using this platform on Firefox to connect Facebook messenger. Currently, the workaround is to use Chrome to connect messenger and then you can continue working on Firefox. I don't like having to use a different browser to obtain functionality. The team promised this was a bug that will be ivnestigated
Pros: Building a bot is really simple with their pre-made templates and a drag and drop flow diagram. This chatbot is one the best AI chatbots and it’s my favorite too. Evidently it is the current winner of Loebner Prize. The Loebner Prize is an annual competition in artificial intelligence that awards prizes to the chatterbot considered by the judges to be the most human-like. The format of the competition is that of a standard Turing test. You can talk with Mitsuku for hours without getting bored. It replies to your question in the most humane way and understands your mood with the language you’re using.
