Pros: Botengine is a chatbot created by Livechat and we began using this ,because it was introduced to our team by Livechat. I like the ease of integration ,and the fact the customer care team setup and integrated Botengine with our existing Livechat solution ,with no technical assistance from our in-house programmers. Overall ,Botengine has enabled our customer care team respond to just the most complex of questions , whilst letting Botengine deal with easy queries from our clients.

Overall: Botengine acts as our stand-in customer support agent on Sundays, which is a day when there are no human agents manning our Livechat ,either from the office or from home. Thus ,rather than have most website visitors simply opening a ticket ,they get attended to by our chatbot. And their issues get resolves and in cases when the issue is complex and can't be resolved by our chatbot,it guides the website visitor through the process of opening a ticket.
Qualified is a live chat and conversational marketing platform that will alert your sales reps when qualified leads are on your website, and give them the tools to meet with them in real-time, including live chat, voice calls, and screen sharing. Qualified was created to help companies reduce the amount of time it takes for sales reps to engage with qualified leads. By providing real-time qualification and instant meetings, sales teams are able to generate more leads and more pipeline.
Pros: Botengine was easy to integrate with our existing Livechat helpdesk program . I am impressed with the ease at which Botengine is able to respond to the most popular of simple questions we get from our customers like; the address of the company , what we do , our subscription rates etc While these questions may appear to be straight forward , they are the most asked question which our customers throw at us . With the coming of Botengine ,we no longer need to bother ourselves with these sort of questions ; Botengine responds to them ,while we await the tough ,complex queries.

Cons: Initial onboarding is wonky and can use UX upgrades. It was difficult understanding how to get started until I watched several videos. I also had issues using this platform on Firefox to connect Facebook messenger. Currently, the workaround is to use Chrome to connect messenger and then you can continue working on Firefox. I don't like having to use a different browser to obtain functionality. The team promised this was a bug that will be ivnestigated

Pros: It's system is more advanced comparing with Manychat or Chatfuel (both are like toys if you try Activechat). It has autorresponders of course, but also suitable for flexible AI conversations. Is like coding an advanced chatbot without needing to be a coder. The team is very responsive and their founder Andrii has a clear vision about this project.

In the recent years, the growth in popularity of chatbots has been the result of the amount of research poured into its underlying technology. These AI-powered bots are now being integrated in various industries such as payments, banking, customer service, and even pure personal amusement. The birth of chatbots developed from the curiosity of whether a robot can really fool any human into believing that it is human as well.

For at least the foreseeable future, chatbots won’t be replacing humans in contact center jobs. At this point, chatbots will only replace some of the tasks that people are now handling – especially lower-level requests, questions and complaints. The best chatbot systems can recognize customer frustration and switch the interaction to a human in the company’s support center. That said, chatbots are on their way to mainstream acceptance. Here are four ways AI and chatbots are creating a major impact in the customer service and CX world:
There is a lot of potential for using chatbots for marketing. For example, it is possible to use Facebook advertising to send users directly to a Messenger chatbot. Users interacting with the chatbot consent to be contacted by the bot at a later point in time. This means that the cost-per-acquisition of Messenger contacts can be much lower than traditional email marketing.

Context and coherence: Some bots (or you ideal chatbot) can flow with long conversations and provide appropriate responses without losing the understanding of the subject being discussed. They may even help solve problems that are identified after lengthy discussions, or forward them to a human counterpart when they do not have enough knowledge to deal with them.

If a visitor does engage, the bot is programmed to answer and determine if the user is a qualified lead based on their questions and responses. Qualified leads are invited to book a sales call with a rep. A calendaring integration makes it easy to reserve a spot, and a CRM integration means qualified leads are automatically routed to the right salesperson.
Cons: Botengine has reduced the workload on the helpdesk department . However ,I fear we may come one day have an advanced Botengine ,years down the line ; which is able to respond to the current complex queries we respond to and thus when that day comes , why would my employer keep me at the job ,when a Bot can do a better job ,without ever getting tired?
Created in 1966 as an early natural language processing (NLP) computer program that emulates a Rogerian psychotherapist, a clinical practice that allows clients to take more action and progression in discussions. This is also known as person-centered therapy. Developed by Joseph Weizenbaum, ELIZA, named after a character in the play Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw, is generally known as the first chatbot.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is dramatically changing business, and chatbots, fueled by AI, are becoming a viable customer service channel. The best ones deliver a customer experience (CX) in which customers cannot tell if they are communicating with a human or a computer. AI has come a long way in recognizing the content – and context – of customers’ requests and questions.

The conversation navigator uses relationship memory, NLP user intents, and deep dialogue context to lead conversations. And the AI moderator helps achieve customer’s goals. Are the travel bots or the weather bots that have buttons that you click and give you some query, artificially intelligent? Definitely, but they are just not far along the conversation axis. It can be a wonderfully designed conversational interface that is smooth and easy to use. It could be natural language processing and understanding where it is able to understand sentences that you structure in the wrong way. Now, it is easier than ever to make a bot from scratch. Also chatbot development platforms like WotNot, Chatfuel, Gupshup make it fairly simple to build a chatbot without a technical background. Hence, making the reach for chatbot easy and transparent to anyone who would like to have one for their business. For more understanding on intelligent chatbots, read our blog.
As for the app’s “friendliness,” this is an area where Joyable really shines. The program itself feels very easy to navigate, yet polished in a way that puts very little pressure on the person using it. The app isn’t needy, nor are the coaches you check in with. It’s straightforward in a soothing way, and, to me, that’s the ideal kind of friendliness.
1. The chatbot never sleeps: Customer service is all about convenience, which includes 24/7 customer support. A cost-efficient, yet powerful way to provide basic support is through the never-sleeping chatbot. Devine shared an excellent example of this. In the banking industry, Workfusion’s chatbots are trained by using historical conversations and can perform some of the same tasks as a live support center rep such as correcting an invoice, answering basic questions about account balances and more. Customers receive the same level of service they would get from the support rep. The chatbot can recognize human emotions such as anger, confusion, fear and joy. And, as mentioned above, if the chatbot detects that the customer is angry, upset or frustrated, it will seamlessly transfer the interaction to a human to take over and finish assisting the customer.
Pros: The visual bot builder makes building complicated bots really easy without loosing the greater picture. And with all the functions that are offered you are not limited by what the bot can do. And things you currently can't do are worked on by the developers immediately to make the product better. It is amazing how fast they pump out great updates!
