Adam Devine is the CMO of WorkFusion, architects of AI-powered products that automate customer service functions as well as other business processes. According to Devine, “Adding natural language processes and machine learning changes everything, giving virtual customer assistants (VCAs) the ability to determine not just what rules-based action to take based on a word, but to understand the meaning of words in different combinations, ask questions to create context and intent, and actually do something for the customer.”

Hmmm…interesting list. I however was thinking that you may want to include Engati as well. Engati is a chatbot platform that allows you to build, manage, integrate, train, analyse and publish your personalized bot in a matter of minutes. It presently supports eight major messaging platforms including messenger, kik, telegram, line, viber, skype, slack and webchat with a focus on customer engagement, conversational commerce, and customer service and fulfillments.
Pros: First, ive to give credits to the development team for working hard. Bugs fixing, features enhancement, UI improvements and so much more. We've used manychat, funneldash, segmate, motion ai and others and personally we felt Activechat beat them all in terms of pro-activeness, features (standalone bot, NLP integration, custom smtp, woocommerce integration, etc).
Reply.ai brings the power of artificial intelligence across all messaging apps including Facebook Messenger, Kik, Telegram, LINE, SMS, or your own chat screen. Native custom UI elements are used in each channel. Reply.ai visual bot builder gives you the power to build advanced bots as well as visually create your conversations on your own, without the help of a developer. Reply.ai supports human/bot hybrid which allows human agents to take over the conversation from Reply.ai, Zendesk, LiveChat, BrightPattern, FreshDesk or ZipWhip, at any moment and only when really needed. Analytics enable you to analyze every single response from your users…
Pros: The personal interaction with the team is probably the biggest draw for me. ActiveChat is one of the new players in the bot field, but they're clearly listening and responding to their early adopters via e-mail, the official Facebook Group and probably other channels as well. I am confident they will execute everything on their roadmap within a reasonable time frame, allowing us to create every type of bot we can imagine.
