Chatbots utilize natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition to understand written and spoken requests; businesses can leverage this technology to automate tasks that formerly required human intervention. Based on a request from a user, the chatbot provides the user with an output, which is a response to the request in text or speech form. With the use of machine learning and deep learning, chatbots can grow intelligently and understand a wider vocabulary and colloquial language, as well as provide more precise and correct responses to requests.
But even though most chatbots can handle moderately sophisticated conversations, like welcome conversations and product discovery interactions, the if/then logic that powers their conversational capabilities can be limiting. For instance, if a customer asks a unique yet pressing question that you didn’t account for when designing your chatbot’s logic, there’s no way it can answer their question, which hangs your customer out to dry and ultimately leaves them dissatisfied with your customer service.
Right Click is a startup that introduced an A.I.-powered chatbot that creates websites. It asks general questions during the conversation like “What industry you belong to?” and “Why do you want to make a website?” and creates customized templates as per the given answers. Hira Saeed tried to divert it from its job by asking it about love, but what a smart player it is! By replying to each of her queries, it tried to bring her back to the actual job of website creation. The process was short but keeps you hooked.

Created by a developer by the username of Amena-chaan on DeviantArt, Levi is an anime avatar known for his cool, indifferent nature. Utilizing the same underlying technology as most chatbots, Levi's conversations are archived and accessible for him to use when speaking with new users.

Cons: The Learning Academy and help topics are not sufficient to train you to use this product. It took a lot of stumbling through (and still does) on how to figure out what to do and how to train the chatbot. Also - support is only available through email, would be extremely helpful to be able to get help in realtime.... You would think a chat product would have the ability to LiveChat with it's customers!

I’m just starting to get into the sneaker game and I purchased this bot. I thought I was making a wise decision. This shoe has gotten me NO pairs of shoes. The bot is having difficulties for sure, today while I was going for the new adidas zx4000 I had 50 tasks going. Only a couple tasks made it through and I had like 3 saying, waiting for captcha solver. I was sitting there solving captchas for at least 15 minutes and none of my tasks got through. To make things worse the admins on the discord are never present and if u have a question expect to wait at least 3 hours for a reply. It just seems like they don’t really care about their customers. Also the bot is just buggy, every release Something goes wrong. Also they claim to have good proxy testers, little do u know until u actually buy the bot, that the bot cannot even test residential proxies AT ALL! Every time you try to test out residential proxies the bot claims none of them are working. Tbh if I could go back in time and take back my purchase for $300, I would do it in a heartbeat.
DB: Next, I moved on to the options that are centered on real-life (versus artificial intelligence) support. Joyable is an online platform that supports users with a dedicated real-life coach and a two-month course in CBT. It was developed by a powerhouse team of experts and scientists in the field of therapy. It costs $99 per month, though users can opt for a free, seven-day trial.
Pros: Very effective and increase in the number of leads. We have implemented chatbots to our client websites and definitely, there is a difference in the stats. The client is happy and we are very happy. It is easy to customize, with the common questions. And chatbot somehow keeps the audience engaged. Since it is real time people actually like it and you get a response, always.
I liked the clarity of Joyable’s approach: It’s intended to only be eight weeks long, so there’s no pressure to continue after it ends (the anxious people pleaser in me likes knowing how much time I’m signing up for and how easy it is to cancel.) And each week, a new themed course is “unlocked,” allowing me the chance to tackle a new set of cognitive-behavior related challenges.
Miriam Slozberg is a freelance writer, blogger, and social media content creator who educates others about the realities of mental illness and depression. Because she suffers from depression, she wants the stigma of mental illness to be completely broken and for it to be made known that any kind of mental illness is just as serious as any kind of physical illness. She mostly writes in the parenting niche, is a frequent contributor to BabyGaga, and runs two blogs: at her own site and at Expressive Mom. You can also follow her on Twitter.
As for the app’s “friendliness,” this is an area where Joyable really shines. The program itself feels very easy to navigate, yet polished in a way that puts very little pressure on the person using it. The app isn’t needy, nor are the coaches you check in with. It’s straightforward in a soothing way, and, to me, that’s the ideal kind of friendliness.
