Running on Pandorabots, one of the most powerful conversational artificial intelligence chatbot platforms, Mitsuku won the award for the most human-like AI in 2013 and again in 2017. Meya helps businesses create bots that assist their customers inside messaging apps. It has a code editor, live debugger, and a visualizer. With the help of Meya, companies can leverage AI for their customer service. You can build, train, and host your bots on Meya. And you can easily scale your bot. Meya integrates easily with third party applications, which increases its usability.
Woebot also offers quizzes and videos, which are there to help you discover your thoughts that come automatically and contribute to your struggles. The exchange with the app takes 10 minutes, though you can stop chatting any time you wish before that. The advantage is that it feels like you’re speaking with a real therapist during your conversations with this digital robot.
These are just the basic versions of intelligent chatbots. There are many more intelligent chatbots out there which provide a much more smarter approach to responding to queries. Since the process of making a intelligent chatbot is not a big task, most of us can achieve it with the most basic technical knowledge. Many of which will be very extremely helpful in the service industry and also help provide a better customer experience.

Cons: Botengine has reduced the workload on the helpdesk department . However ,I fear we may come one day have an advanced Botengine ,years down the line ; which is able to respond to the current complex queries we respond to and thus when that day comes , why would my employer keep me at the job ,when a Bot can do a better job ,without ever getting tired?
